Yesterday, DePoly had the honor of joining The ArkFoundation's 20th-anniversary celebration in Martigny. 🌟It was an evening brimming with inspiration, creativity, and collaboration—and we’re thrilled to share one of the event’s most memorable moments with you!
As part of the festivities, students from the Sewing School of Valais, based in Sierre, were tasked with designing garments that reflect the values and missions of participating companies during a runway show.
🎨👗 Two talented students took on the DePoly project and delivered a stunning piece that embodies our vision of advanced recycling.
Their creation? A Victorian-inspired dress with incredible symbolism:
🔹 MeltedPET Plastics: The upper section of the dress highlights melted plastics, symbolizing the traditional incineration process.
🔹 DePoly’sLab Coat: Representing our mission to revolutionize recycling with our advanced recycling technology.
🔹 PTAPowder: The fluffy white "PTA" details at the base symbolize the monomers we recover through our process, which serve as a drop-in solution for creating new PET and polyester materials.
What’s even more impressive? These students brought this ambitious vision to life in just five days! ⏳💡 Their creativity and attention to detail amazed us, capturing the essence of DePoly’s mission—turning waste into valuable resources.
